As far as we know, all our products are legally
available anywhere in the world, but is your
responsibility to check the laws of your own

3. Do you offer advice on any of your products?
All of the Ethnobotanicals available from this site, called "Plants
for the Soul " are sold for smudging,
adornation of altars, botanical research, education
and propagation purposes only, and NOT FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION. In the interest of your own protection
and ours, please do not consume this products
and do not ask us any questions regarding the
human consumption of any of these particular
plants. There are plenty of places to
research the shamanic use of everything we carry
here, and we ask that you thoroughly do your
research before ordering anything from us. The
Herbals, refered as "Plants for the Body",
have not been evaluated by the FDA of the US,
nor the European Medicines Evaluation Agency
(EMEA). All the information contained herein
is NOT intended, nor should ever be used to
diagnose, prevent, cure, treat or mitigate any
disease or condition. Please research all Herbals
and consult your physician before using.

Do you ship and label discreetly ?
Yes, we ship discreetly. We use plain brown
boxes with discrete labeling.

5. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Under normal conditions after the order is processed, it will take
from one to two weeks to arrive anywhere in the world.

How do I know if my order has been processed?
An email notification will be sent to you to
confirm your order. If you don't receive a notification,
please contact shop@amazonhealing.net
to make sure your order is processed correctly.

7. Do you accept any other forms of payment besides credit card ?
We prefer credit card. But we also accept bank
transfers and Western Union. Click

8. What else do I need to know about CREDIT CARD transactions?
If the buyer provides a billing address that
does not match the billing address on the bank
records, orders will NOT be honored until the
billing address is verified by us. Also, orders
CANNOT be placed by third parties; if the name
on the credit card does NOT match the name of
the person placing the order, the order will
most-likely be voided. In that case we will
get in contact with you and additional information
will then be required ( such as proof of age
and address of all parties involved in the transaction
) before the transaction can be processed.

9. Do you share my personal information with others ?
Under NO circumstances your personal information
will be revealed or shared with anyone.

10. Does the cardholder need to be a PayPal member in order to pay?
No, the cardholder can make a direct
transaction using his/hercredit card when purchasing
from PayPal banking systems. The cardholder
will be presented with an option to become a
PayPal member after the purchase is done, but
that is optional. By becoming a Paypal member
all your further transactions with us will be
easier and faster.

11. What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
AHN is the company name that appears on your CC statement.

12. I have enough money, but my order is rejected?
Sometimes a credit card can be rejected
or declined even though there are funds available.
Some possible reasons for this are: Regional
restriction, Internet / Online restrictions,
incorrect CVC code ( If this code is not correct,
the transaction is normally rejected ). Please
check if you entered the correct CVC-code
when you made the transaction or check with
your card issuing bank if they impose any restrictions
on your card. If this doesn't resolve, please
